Orthogrammar: Instructive Plans

Instructive plans are a set of drawings part of the Orthogram series.

These drawings utilise conventional architectural drafting grammar as the basis of representation. Traditional orthographic projection and layered transparencies are employed as formal constructs and then collaged across detached from a fixed scale.

The result is a re-interpretation of the traditional architectural drawing as a device.
