Luton Power Court’s informal site analysis

The major role of site analysis is that of information about the site prior to beginning the design concepts so that the early thinking about the building can incorporate meaningful responses to external conditions.

This hand-drawn diagram analysis the site’s ongoing set of very active networks that are intertwined in complex relationships. The break-down of the urban structure using a quick diagram has helped to identify the major aspects, positive and negative, to have into account as we proceed to the conceptual stage of the project.
