Michael Sorkin is a deeply committed and influential architect and urbanist whose practice spans design, criticism, and teaching.

A prolific writer, he is currently contributing editor at Architectural Record, for which he writes a regular column, was – for ten years – the architecture critic of The Village Voice, and is the author of hundreds of articles in a wide range of professional, academic and general publications.
